jazzy?

well, i just went on senseless hunting on music, then i found a very cool album in japanese scene. It is Adult, an album by Tokyo Jihen. Just by hearing the first track, you’ll want more, i’m sure. It is a mix of jazz and rock, the base of drums and the bass syncs perfectly with the soaring rocking guitar, mystical keyboard, and yes, a cute female voice. Songwritings are good. I can not see why anyone wouldn’t like this album.

Aside from Kenka Joutou, quite a mediocre filler track (still good though), all other stands out, even the filler track. You can find first good impression in Himitsu, followed by Keshou Nashi bossa nova feel, Shuraba, the album version outmatched the original version! Trust me, catchy jazz rock! And a lounge jazz feel on Tasogare Naki. Last, a good ending on Tegami, orchestra and piano-driven rock ballad. The other track, may not be as incredible as the highlighted, but still enjoyable as well. For all of you jazz headbanger, this album makes a nice addition of yours, in fact, is a must have.
